Ring Of Honor Confirms Triple Threat Ladder Match For ROH World Title At G1 Supercard

Ring Of Honor (ROH) has confirmed what we recently reported over the weekend, that the ROH World Title match at the G1 Supercard will now be a Triple Threat Ladder match. Jay Lethal defends his title against Marty Scurll and Matt Taven. The announcement was made during ROH’s tapings in Las Vegas over the weekend.

Originally, Lethal was scheduled to face Scurll for the ROH World Title at Madison Square Garden. Now, Taven joins the mix after an unsuccessful title bid against Lethal over the weekend. Check out the updated card for the G1 Supercard, which takes place from New York City’s Madison Square Garden during WrestleMania week on Apri 6, 2019:

  • IWGP and ROH World Tag Team Championships: (C) The Guerrillas of Destiny (Tama Tonga and Tanga Loa) vs. (C) Villain Enterprises (PCO and Brody King)
