Matt Hardy surprised WWE fans by returning to WWE SmackDown this week. However, he’s not his old character anymore. He explained his new gimmick on his YouTube channel as “multifarious” Matt Hardy.
“The last time you saw me I was ‘Woken’ Matt Hardy. I’ve learned to control [that]. Now you’re looking at a redefined Matt Hardy, a multifarious Matt Hardy that is comprised of many different elements. Don’t fret if you’re a fan of my broken brilliance and woken wisdom because if the situation arises then woken Matt Hardy will emerge and I will delete them and make them obsolete!”
He then went on to detail his current state, which will incorporate many of his past personalties. “If the situation arises the Sensei of Mattitude, V1, will emerge and … all the MF-ers will rejoice. Even the original Hardy Boyz fans, if the situation arises then I’ll enter the battlefield with tables, ladders and chairs. The intrepid Matt Hardy is well inside of me. If the situation is truly needed then ‘Big Money Matt’ will emerge.”
He ended by saying that him and his brother Jeff Hardy will prove they’re the best tag team of all-time and are going for the SmackDown Tag Team Championship.
