TJP has been released by WWE; the company revealed the news via WWE.com.
The official statement reads:
“WWE has come to terms on the release of Theodore Perkins (TJP).”
TJP became the inaugural Cruiserweight champion when the title was introduced in 2016, defeating Gran Metalik in the finals of the Cruiserweight Classic. The superstar was mainstay of 205 Live ever since, feuding with many of its more prominent workers.
