Candice LeRae could be moving up to the main roster sooner rather than later. According to a report by PWInsider, the promotion is internally discussing having the NXT star join the SmackDown brand for live events. This wouldn’t be an official call-up, rather to just let her get some work in with the main roster women.
This isn’t an unprecedented situation. WWE has done this in the past with NXT talent that they want a closer look at. For example, recent call-up Nikki Cross worked the SmackDown brand for quite some time during live events before being officially moved up.
