Ember Moon On Her Favourite Match Growing Up, Her Dream Match & Entrance Music

WWE superstar Ember Moon recently took part in an interview with Chris Van Vliet at Royal Rumble Axxess, where she discussed a handful of topics prior to the Rumble event in Phoenix. Moon is currently out of action with an elbow injury, and it’s not yet known how long she’s going to be on the shelf for.

On her favourite match growing up:

Any wrestling I could watch I was just thoroughly excited. I remember the first time The Hurricane chokeslammed The Rock though. That was great, that’s one of my fondest childhood moments. There’s just way too many.

On her entrance music:

The first time I actually heard the music live was at Takeover: Brooklyn II. They said they were gonna add vocals, and then I didn’t actually hear the finished product until then. Triple H was actually super interactive and said it needs to be ‘more, more, more’ and then all of a sudden I had vocals – and I was like what is going on?! It’s just a super badass song.

On her dream match:

Beth Phoenix. It always has been, and always will be. I loved everything she did, she was so powerful. She was the first woman to eliminate someone in the Royal Rumble. She’s done so much, and that’s definitely a dream match for me. It’s very possible – every now and then I’ll throw out a message. I’m like ‘hey, you know, Mania is around the corner.’
