wwe smackdown live preview

As reported by GameSpot, Fox CEO Charlie Collier has revealed that SmackDown will indeed continue to air live when it moves over to Fox, and also that more WWE-based content could be coming to other Fox networks. There have been many rumours surrounding the future of the blue brand on Fox, and now, it seems like we’re starting to get some answers.

According to TVLine, SmackDown could also be moving to Fridays as opposed to staying in its current Tuesday slot.

“It’s live, and what’s remarkable [is] these are people that know their audience,” said Collier. “They’re great storytellers and I think it fits beautifully with what we’re doing.”

“The Fox sports networks, FS1, and others, will have some other wrestling–not live Smackdown, not Raw, but other ties to the WWE world.”
