WWE opened SmackDown Live tonight in a major way as “The Man” walked out to roars from the crowd. “The only thing I should be doing is main eventing WrestleMania and slapping off the heads of every single person that gets in my way to get there!” exclaimed Lynch. She made it clear that she believes she’ll get the belt back on Sunday at the Royal Rumble and it shows Asuka’s true colors that she’s not bothered by winning the belt without pinning her.

Lynch was then interrupted by Asuka, who took offense to her claims. While the “Empress” was yelling at the “Lasskicker,” Charlotte Flair made her entrance. Flair stated that she’ll win the Royal Rumble match and then ran down the possible matches against the winners of Banks/Rousey and Asuka/Lynch. “I have owned this division for the past four years and I am the main event,” stated Flair.

Asuka then took the opportunity to get a quick cheap shot in on Lynch by attacking her. However, Lynch got the best of the exchange for a bit until refs tried to separate them. The fighting kept going despite a sea of refs, and both got some great licks in until Lynch threw Asuka on the announcer’s table and then started beating her with her leather jacket.
