- Lucha House Party (Lince Dorado and Kalisto) defeated The Revival via pinfall
- Natalya (w/ Sasha Banks & Bayley) defeated Ruby Riott (w/ Sarah Logan & Liv Morgan) via sharpshooter submission. The Riott Squad jumped Natalya but Sasha & Bayley made the save.

- Cruiserweight Championship: Buddy Murphy defeated Cedric Alexander. This was said to be a very good match.
- Seth Rollins comes out to a very big pop and introduces his friend, Kane! Glenn Jacobs brings out Knoxville Public Safety Foundation, Chief of KPD and Knox County Sheriff. Jacobs presents Foundation with check for $100,000. Dean Ambrose interrupts and runs down Knoxville and makes numerous jokes.

- Intercontinental Championship: Dean Ambrose defeated Seth Rollins via pinfall. Rollins was originally crowned as a winner after Ambrose failed to win the match within 5 minutes but Rollins brought Ambrose back to continue the match.
- B-Team, Tyler Breeze, and No Way Jose defeated Viktor, Mojo Rawley, Jinder Mahal, and Sunil Singh (w/ Konnor) by pinfall after the losing team abandoned Sunil Singh to eat finishers from everyone.
- Elias comes out and plays ‘Rocky Top’ as Drew McIntyre comes out to interrupt. McIntyre would then defeat Elias in a solid match via pinfall after a Claymore Kick.
- John Cena defeated Baron Corbin in a No DQ match an AA through a table.

NOTES: Braun Strowman, Finn Balor (At NXT UK TakeOver), and Dolph Ziggler were absent from the event despite being advertised for the show. The show was said to be a legit sellout with over 5,000 attendees through the gates.
