Ocala.com has an article about Chris Jericho coming to the city this Saturday to do a meet-and-greet and record an episode of Talk Is Jericho with WWE Hall Of Famer, Dory Funk Jr. Jericho will be stopping by Funk’s wrestling school for a charity event and Y2J talked to the site about getting the opportunity to interview the wrestling legend for the first time:

“I have a little bit of a wish list of the people I wanted to have on the show for a long time, and Dory Funk Jr. is near the top of the list because not only is he one of the greatest champions of all time, he also has such a great memory for the stories about starting out in the ’60s and ’70s. He is definitely one of the pioneers of wrestling.”

Funk in turn commented on Jericho showing up and commended him for being able to get over in both the United States and overseas in Japan:

“Chris Jericho has done a phenomenal job becoming a box office attraction here in the United States and in Japan — one of the most challenging places to work in the world.”

Tickets for the event are $45 and you can get more information by visiting the article here.
