Following last night’s big All Elite Wrestling announcement, AEW announced there is a rally being held next Tuesday in Jacksonville at TIAA Field, the home of the Jacksonville Jaguars. That is an interesting note, as WWE will be holding SmackDown in the Jacksonville Veterans Memorial Arena that night, which is just a few minutes walk away.

According to this report from PWInsider, many talents that worked All In in September are in discussions for “multi-year” deals with the new promotion. The report also suggests several networks are in talks for TV deals with AEW. No date for Double Or Nothing was announced, but it’s rumored to take place sometime in the Spring of 2019. More details about the event are expected to be announced at next week’s rally.

It’s believed Tony Khan will lead the charge in opening doors for AEW, and the idea of a Tuesday night timeslot was mentioned as a possibility. That report also noted BJ Whitmer is signing on to be a producer.

On a related note, Ryan Satin says sources close to the situation have said Cody Rhodes will act as Executive Producer, with Matt and Nick Jackson acting as bookers. Also, other Being The Elite cast members may serve as agents. This could be a clue into the future of guys like Daniels and Kazarian:

It’s worth noting Cody, The Bucks, Hangman Page, Brandi and SCU are all advertised for the rally next week, but no other talent has been confirmed as being involved with the promotion.
