Former WWE Superstar Big Cass suffered a seizure at last night’s House of Hardcore event in Philadelphia. WrestleZone’s managing editor, Bill Pritchard, was in attendance and tweeted the following after the terrifying ordeal:
Scary situation at #HouseOfHardcore, Big Cass had a seizure. He was scheduled to wrestle, happened during an intermission. He was immediately helped, on his way to the hospital. Tommy Dreamer spoke in ring, said it was not drug related. Say a prayer for him.

House of Hardcore’s Tommy Dreamer has now taken to Twitter with an update on the Big Cass’ health.
Dreamer spoke to Big Cass today and reports that he is doing well:

Cass was originally scheduled to appear in a match with Tommy Dreamer at the event.
