Becky Lynch posted the following Tweet in response to recent reports that she might not be cleared to compete at WWE TLC later this month:

‘The Man’ had not been involved in any physical segments ever since taking a hard punch from Nia Jax during a Survivor Series brawl segment on RAW on November 12th. It was later reported Lynch had a concussion and a broken nose and would miss her highly-publicized match against Ronda Rousey at the pay-per-view as a result of the injury.

According to the latest issue of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter (subscription required), Lynch passed concussion testing protocols, but still had not been cleared for the broken nose (at time of publication). Becky’s most recent comments would appear to be in response to this original report.

Becky Lynch is currently scheduled to go up against Charlotte Flair and Asuka in a Tables, Ladders and Chairs match at the WWE TLC pay-per-view on December 16th.

It’s also worth noting that Becky, the current SmackDown Women’s Champion, did appear at this week’s WWE Tribute To The Troops tapings, but the full extent of her role—and whether she took any bumps—on the show is unknown. The 2018 WWE Tribute to the Troops special is not scheduled to air until December 20th, which is after the TLC pay-per-view takes place.
