Ring Of Honor just announced a new match for their ROH Final Battle event on December 14th which is going to take place in New York City at the Hammerstein Ballroom.

“The Fallen Angel” Christopher Daniels will be facing off against “The Villain” Marty Scurll for the rights to Scurll’s ROH World Title opportunity. In addition to being apart of two of the hottest wrestling factions in The Elite and SCU, what’s interesting is both Daniels and Scurll have both faced off against “superheroes” in the past, both assuming the role as the super villain. Daniels faced off against Arrow’s Stephen Amell at All In and Scurll has had an ongoing rivalry with Hurricane Helms at several ROH shows.
Speaking of the ROH World Title, Cody Rhodes is set to take on Jay Lethal for the strap in what is promoted as Cody’s last match with the promotion. Rhodes hopes to walk away with title in hand.
