Triple H participated in his NXT Media Call after TakeOver last night and below are some of the highlights of the call. There is a video at the end to see the entire call. HHH noted that his injury was a small factor for him as he kept taking his brace off and almost hurting himself due to the extensive excitement he was feeling.
On the show last night:
The passion of these NXT Superstars always shines. There were about 13,500 fans in attendance for the show. I don’t want shows to be so long to the point that audiences feel like they need a break.
On his talents:
It is scary where Velveteen Dream is for only being 23 years old. I also love how Matt Riddle and Kassius Ohno started the show. I would not put Jessamyn Duke and Marina Shafir in a spot if I thought they were going to fail. They won’t be in an Iron Man match tomorrow, they’re being walked into this situation. Bobby Fish thought he reinjured his knee, but he’s fine. Seemed like a psychological thing after returning from an injury.
