Braun Strowman could be in some hot water with WWE management due to some alleged backstage etiquette problems.
During a clip on his audio show (subscription required), Mike Johnson of PWInsider provided some insight into why Strowman possibly lost in such a dominant fashion at WWE Crown Jewel against Brock Lesnar. Reportedly Strowman has been seen as ‘his own worst enemy’ and the company has a problem with trusting a push in his hands.
Here’s an excerpt of it below:
“One of the things that I heard from multiple people—we’re talking four different people. There are times where Strowman is negligent when it comes to showing up on time. He has a reputation at times for leaving a little early and sometimes he makes mistakes in terms of etiquette in the backstage in the locker rooms. Sometimes, as one person put it, he’s his own worst enemy and his worst advocate. They woud be high on him and just when he gets to the point where you think the next step is putting him into the centerpiece position for the company [then] something happens and he makes some sort of misstep backstage.”
