AJ Styles Opens Up About What’s Next (VIDEO)

Byron Saxton interviewed AJ Styles, after the WWE Champion successfully defended his title against Samoa Joe at Crown Jewel. The match against Samoa Joe was Styles’ second title defense in a mere three days. An aching AJ Styles opened up about what’s next for him,

“Well, I wouldn’t say I’m feeling good. I’m proud of myself, if that’s what you mean, but feeling good is not one of those things if you get in the ring with Daniel Bryan and Samoa Joe in a range of three days. I’m a champion, a fighting champion. This is what we do. We take on any competitor that wants to get in the ring with us. That’s what we do. That’s the way it should be and maybe we’ll find out who the Universal Champion’s gonna be, because I want a piece of him at Survivor Series.”

Styles will get his wish as the WWE has officially announced that he will face off against newly crowned Universal Champion Brock Lesnar in a SmackDown vs RAW themed Survivor Series champion vs champion match on November 18th.

Shane McMahon vs Dolph Ziggler has 11% of the vote and Brock Lesnar vs Braun Strowman is currently in last place with a mere 10% of the vote.
