NXT’s talented women’s division continues to grow. According to wrestling insider @SoDuTw, who has proven himself reliable at breaking NXT-related news in the past, former IMPACT Knockouts Champion (where she was known as Laurel Van Ness) Chelsea Green has signed with WWE. She is said to have reported to the Performance Center in Orlando, Florida this week.
The signing shouldn’t be too much of a surprise, as Green had a very public tryout at the Performance Center recently. She was also one of the top unsigned talents and had been said to be eyeing wrestling’s biggest promotion.

Interestingly, another potential NXT star was also spotted at the Performance Center as well. The Rock’s daughter Simone Johnson, who had previously been seen training there last month, was once again there. So, it looks as if she’s taking wrestling training very seriously.
