WWE Hall of Famer Lita recently made a surprise appearance at an MCW Pro Wrestling show, Tag Wars, in Joppa, Maryland. After the referee got taken out during the 6-man tag-match main event, Lita came out to officiate the match. She ended up hitting MCW Pro Wrestling Heavyweight Champion Dante Caballero with a Twist of Fate as you can see in the video below:
