#5.) Becky Lynch

Since her main roster debut in 2015, Becky Lynch was always viewed as a third fiddle. At first, she was clearly the #3 woman behind Charlotte Flair and Sasha Banks. When the 2016 draft happened, she looked poised to be the #1 woman on the blue brand, especially after becoming the first SmackDown Women’s Champion.

As it turns out, her push then was just so that she could help build a new star in Alexa Bliss – a job that she did phenomenally at, to her credit. However, it meant that 2017 was a year where she would have nothing to do and it took over half a year in 2018 for her to get her momentum back with a string of wins.

Eventually, one thing led to another and her heel turn at SummerSlam 2018 kickstarted the greatest run of her career. Her new attitude convinced Vince McMahon that she was there to take the #1 spot, whether anyone liked it or not. Come WrestleMania 35, she main evented the PPV and cemented herself as the top female star in the company.
