Sami Zayn may be one of the most underrated wrestlers on the planet. Kota Ibushi himself has gone on the record of calling Sami Zayn the best in the world (and that’s saying something!). Through his years in ROH and the independent scene, he’s grown and grown as a performer and by the time he came to WWE, he was already a top student in the Performance Center.
Even his mic skills were something that not many people were aware of because they were used to seeing him as the more comical “El Generico” character in the past. However, his time in WWE proved that he’s an all-round performer, and he quickly became a favorite of the NXT Universe.
