2019’s Royal Rumble is a rare case where the #30 entrants are known much beforehand (for both Rumbles, nonetheless). It’s happened before, but it’s a rare occurrence and if you were to ask most fans, they’d rather it stay that way. The number thirty spot is always the most anticipated spot in the Rumble match. When everyone has come out, fans are left biting their nails in anticipation for the last entrant in the Rumble match.

For the most part of the 90s, the final entrants were really not that great. Even for a long stretch in the 2010s, the final entrants can best be described as disappointing. There have even been moments where they’ve ruined the fans’ mood and spirit, such as the 2014 Rumble, when fans expected Daniel Bryan to come out but got Rey Mysterio instead, or even 2017, when fans hoped for a debuting Samoa Joe and got Roman Reigns instead.

It’s a very hit-or-miss situation for WWE, but when they get it right, it’s really good. Here are the times when WWE not only got their #30 right but more!
