Maria and Mike Make a Statement

Maria comes out and talks about how the Knockouts Division is broken. She goes on to say that she can fix it and make it better again. Gail Kim comes out and talks about how Maria is a businesswoman and Kim is a wrestler. She tells Gail that she can make her mainstream. Maria says that Gail stinks as the leader of the Knockouts Division and as Knockouts Champion. Gail tells Maria to fix the problem. Maria and Gail gets into a shoving match. Maria rolls out of the ring and leaves.

Later in the night, Mike Bennett attacks Drew Galloway after his match with Tyrus. Bennett and Maria made a big statement tonight. First, the Knockouts Division is one that sees the same women over and over and over again. Rayne, Sky, Kong and Kim are always going to be there. This is a great time for Maria to throw her hat in the ring and get involved. It also adds intrigue that Mike Bennett seems to be feuding with the number one contender to the TNA World Heavyweight Champion. Drew Galloway can lose a few times if need be and keep the briefcase to cash in whenever he wants. Let those two work together because Galloway needs a really strong storyteller outside of the ring to make himself feel more important. Bennett is that guy.

Aside from working with WrestleZone, Isenberg began his career in Broadcast Journalism interning at ESPN and worked with CBS Radio for three years. He has also had the opportunity to interview some of the best athletes and performers alive, including Andrew McCutchen, Ben Roethlisberger, Chris Jericho, Billy Gunn, Karl Anderson, Matt Hardy, Steven Strasburg and others.

Currently, Josh Isenberg works for Major League Baseball in their Advanced Media Productions. He grew up in Pittsburgh and went to Point Park University, which is where Chair Shot Reality is filmed each week.

His life outside of his obsession with wrestling include being a savant for Seinfeld, NFL, NBA, MLB and many television shows. He also has an undying love for musicals, which includes many shows he was a part of in high school. Some of his favorite wrestling moments can be linked to such superstars as Edge, The Rock, Bret Hart, Shawn Michaels and The Great Khali.
