#5.) There’s no real babyface/heel dynamic
The most special characters are those who have essentially transcended the entire dynamic of being a babyface and being a heel. While people do obviously prefer one alignment and Bray Wyatt does come across as a heel, the fact of the matter is that his character has the potential to transcend both.
He can go after both babyfaces and heels, though doing that would likely make him more popular than ever. It’s going to be interesting to see how WWE’s presentation of him will be over the coming months.
