Stephanie McMahon‘s on-screen role has seemingly been reduced to only the bigger moments, while Triple H has also taken a backseat post-WrestleMania 35. Vince McMahon doesn’t appear as frequently as he should, nor does he really want to. Since they clearly want one McMahon member on-screen constantly, they probably felt as though Shane would be the best option, especially considering that he’s exclusively an on-screen figure and not a backstage one anymore.
