Bobby Lashley, unless he’s involved in the United States title match, would be a good pick to be the special guest referee in Baron Corbin’s Universal title match. It makes storyline sense because Lashley and Corbin have been aligned together for months and there’s obviously the factor of bias that comes into play.
Lashley hasn’t exactly been high up on the pecking order in 2019 despite having been Intercontinental Champion twice. Either way, it would give him something to do and potentially even set him up as a Universal title challenger.
