#4.) Making the champions look strong
Fastlane was truly the night of champions. Every single superstar who walked in with gold, walked out without losing the championships. The list of champions they had heading into Fastlane was a good one, with all superstars having some serious momentum on their side. Moreover, it seems well-agreed upon that the current champions deserve to walk into WrestleMania with the gold intact.
There can definitely be plenty of title changes at WrestleMania, but for this show, it was good that WWE decided to let the champions make a major statement, retaining on all occasions. It was definitely the right call.
