AEW Draft On 2 Dynamite Dudes With Attitude: Who Won The First Two Rounds?

Starting two weeks ago on 2 Dynamite Dudes With Attitude (the premiere AEW podcast on WrestleZone) the DeAngelo Brothers began the very first round of the AEW Draft. The objective is simple and sports-like: who can assemble the best roster between Dominic & Marcus?

The guidelines for the draft are as follows:

AEW Roster Guidelines

• 10 men’s singles selections.
• 5 women’s division selections.
• 5 tag team division selections.
• 3 manager selections.
• Factions do not matter.
• Wrestlers must have wrestled in AEW at least once to count (unless officially signed by the company).
• One “Jack Tunney” authority figure must be appointed to represent their respective teams (this personality must have appeared on AEW programming).
• Managers must have made an on-air appearance on AEW television to count.
• If the person or team is selected a champion, the titles are on both shows so that aspect is a moot point.

ROUND 1

Dominic appointed Bret Hart as his AEW “Jack Tunney” GM while Marcus selected “Iron” Mike Tyson. After a coin flip, it was determined that Marcus would be selecting first overall. Therefore, the first round went as follows:

1. Marcus selected: CODY RHODES
2. Dominic selected: JON MOXLEY
3. Marcus selected: CHRIS JERICHO
4. Dominic selected: “ABSOLUTE” RICKY STARKS
5. Marcus selected: KENNY OMEGA
6. Dominic selected: THUNDER ROSA

ROUND 2

Since Marcus drafted first last week, Dominic had the rights to select first in week two. Round two went as follows:

1. Dominic selected: MJF
2. Marcus selected: FTR
3. Dominic selected: STING
4. Marcus selected: DARBY ALLIN
5. Dominic selected: THE YOUNG BUCKS
6. Marcus selected: SERENA DEEB
