Marshals Season 2 is bringing familiar faces back together for fans of the military drama SEAL Team. Two former cast members are joining the Yellowstone spinoff in recurring roles, reuniting with showrunner Spencer Hudnut.
According to TVLine, Judd Lormand and Beau Knapp are set to appear in the second season of the CBS series. Season 2 premiered on October 4 and is already airing new episodes weekly. Both actors are set to make their debuts in the November 22 episode.
What else do we know about Marshals Season 2?
Lormand will play Eddie, a Homeland Security Investigations officer visiting from New York ahead of a high-profile trial. He is a father and former athlete who values direct answers and respects people with strong instincts. Lormand previously played Eric Blackburn on SEAL Team and has also appeared in Cape Fear and Manhunt.
Knapp will portray Eric, the intense leader of a farming cult suspected of running a large counterfeit alcohol operation. The character is manipulative, stays calm under pressure, and exploits vulnerable people to maintain control. Knapp played Drew Franklin on SEAL Team and is also known for Tulsa King and Road House.
Hudnut previously served as showrunner and executive producer on SEAL Team. He created Marshals using characters developed by Taylor Sheridan, extending the world of Yellowstone. The series follows Kayce Dutton as he joins the U.S. Marshals in Montana after the events of Yellowstone and the death of his wife, Monica.
Luke Grimes leads the cast as Kayce, alongside Yellowstone veterans Brecken Merrill, Gil Birmingham, and Mo Brings Plenty. Jefferson White is set to return as Jimmy Hurdstrom later this season. Marque Richardson will also appear as Assistant U.S. Attorney Patrick Burns.
Season 2 has also put Kayce’s family and the wider Montana community at the center of its conflicts. In the premiere, he raced to rescue his son, Tate, after the boy was taken hostage. Later episodes brought the Marshals into a deadly hunt for a fugitive bomber and a tense investigation involving a military drone crash near the Broken Rock reservation.
