Apple TV has announced the release date for Stick Season 2 along with a major cast addition. The popular sports comedy, starring Owen Wilson, has also unveiled a new clip introducing the new character.
Stick Season 2 premieres on Wednesday, November 4, 2026, with the first two episodes. The remaining eight episodes will get a weekly release, concluding the season on December 30.
The sophomore season also welcomes a new supporting character, played by Rhea Seehorn. The actress is best known for playing attorney Kim Wexler in Better Call Saul. She also stars in the Apple TV science fiction thriller series Pluribus, as the protagonist Carol Sturka.
Seehorn received widespread critical acclaim for her performance in Better Call Saul. The role earned her numerous accolades, including two Primetime Emmy Award nominations for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Drama Series. Additionally, the actress received a Golden Globe Award for Best Actress – Television Series Drama for Pluribus.

A short video released by Apple TV offers the first look at Rhea Seehorn’s character, a new coach named Amanda. The clip captures her getting out of a car as Owen Wilson’s Pryce Cahill looks at her in awe.
The second season of Stick will see Santi take the next step in his mission of becoming a professional golfer. However, he soon realizes the gravity of the expectations on him. Meanwhile, Pryce sets his own target, aiming to become the oldest golfer to win a major. With a new coach and a trusted caddie by his side, Pryce works towards his epic comeback.
Created by Jason Keller, Stick stars Owen Wilson as Pryce Cahill and Peter Dager as Santi Wheeler. The main cast also includes Lilli Kay, Mariana Treviño, Marc Maron, Timothy Olyphant, Judy Greer, Rhea Seehorn, and more. Billy Zane and John Higgins have also joined the cast in recurring roles.
