Heated Rivalry’s Hudson Williams Attempts to Burn Autograph Seeker’s Photos in Tense Video

Hudson Williams, the breakout star from Heated Rivalry, was seen in a tense altercation with fans in a new video. The 25-year-old actor played Shane Hollander in the Canadian ice hockey romance.

What happens in the tense video with Heated Rivalry’s Hudson Williams?

In a tense video shared by Entertainment Tonight, Hudson Williams was seen attempting to light autograph seekers’ photos on fire. The video, recorded by those attempting to get his autograph, shows them following the actor to his residence in Paris as he steps out of a car.

Williams is immediately dejected on seeing the fans, stating, “You can’t do this, this is really f—ing weird.” He proceeds to throw away a marker a fan had brought for him. The actor calls the others “not fans” and “creepy” for following him.

Williams then attempts to burn the photos with his lighter before storming off, saying he will destroy them later. When confronted again, he calls the autograph seekers “demented.” However, the actor eventually, if reluctantly, signs the photos and drops them on the ground.

One commenter on the video suggests that the “fans” seeking Hudson Williams’ attention may have been “autograph hunters,” there to collect autographs to sell them later at a high price.

Following the smash success of Heated Rivalry, Williams joined a tight race for People’s Sexiest Man Alive. While universally acclaimed, the series failed to get an Emmy nomination due to a production technicality. Based on Rachel Reid’s Game Changers book series, Heated Rivalry has been confirmed for a second season, and its creators have also floated the idea of a third.

Heated Rivalry stars Hudson Williams, Connor Storrie, François Arnaud, Christina Chang, Ksenia Daniela Kharlamova, Robbie G.K., Sophie Nélisse, and more.
