Kim Kardashian‘s 46th birthday appears to have been a glitzy affair, exuding vintage couture charm with a modern edge. The birthday girl dazzled in two sparkling and glamorous looks that perfectly captured her head-turning style. With her trademark confidence, Kardashian proved once again why her birthday glam is always a moment to watch.
Kim Kardashian shares a batch of photos from her birthday
Kim Kardashian recently took to Instagram to share a batch of stunning photos from her birthday festivities, giving fans a closer look at the lavish celebration. Captioned simply “Birthday Girl,” the photo carousel captured intimate moments of her celebrating with family and friends amid floral arrangements and candlelight. It closed with a sweet finale as she blew out the candles on a large raspberry-covered cake.
Kardashian showed off two vintage Paco Rabanne couture looks in the images. As per Vogue, the business mogul reportedly celebrated turning 46 at Baldi, the Tuscan steakhouse inside the Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills. For the dinner, she wore two archival Fall 1995 Haute Couture pieces personally selected for her by Olivier Rousteing.
For her entrance, Kardashian stepped out in Look 21 from the collection, a green mesh minidress accented with crystal trim, a deep neckline, and a thigh-high slit. Styled by Law Roach, she paired the dress with a statement retro-futuristic chainmail headpiece encrusted with oversized emerald stones.
The glamor, however, didn’t stop there. For her exit, the SKIMS founder revealed a quick change into Look 22, the same silhouette reimagined in fuchsia. She switched to a second chainmail headpiece, this time dotted with smaller red cabochons, and layered on a dramatic crystal pendant necklace to complete the transformation.
Fans quickly flooded the comments of the post on Instagram with praise. One follower wrote, “Happy Birthday queen literally such an icon!!!!” Another echoed, “You look so good Kimberly. Happy birthday to you.” Meanwhile, another comment read, “Dress code was Armenian princess.”
