Sarah Ferguson Feels ‘Deeply Insulted’ by Ex-Husband’s Betrayal Claims — Source

Tensions between Sarah Ferguson and her ex-husband, former Prince Andrew, have reportedly reached a breaking point, with new claims alleging that the Duke of York accused his former wife of betrayal. According to recent reports, Andrew believes Ferguson failed to stand by him as the fallout from his ties to disgraced financier Jeffrey Epstein continues to dismantle his public standing.

Sarah Ferguson reportedly rejects any suggestion that she contributed to ex-Prince Andrew’s downfall

As per RadarOnline, an insider alleged that Andrew, 66, branded Ferguson a “traitor” after their relationship deteriorated. The reported feud followed their departure from Royal Lodge earlier this year. Andrew has allegedly refused to welcome Ferguson to his new residence at Marsh Farm, located on the Sandringham Estate. “Andrew appears to have rewritten the entire history of his relationship with Sarah to convince himself that she abandoned him at the precise moment he needed her most,” a source claimed.

The insider added that Andrew reportedly expected Ferguson to remain loyal despite the growing controversy. However, the source claimed Ferguson felt “deeply insulted” by the accusations and rejected suggestions that she contributed to his downfall.

According to the report, the friction between Ferguson and her former spouse follows decades of unusually close coexistence. The pair finalized their divorce in 1996 but famously remained devoted co-parents and roommates, continuing to share living quarters for decades while raising their daughters, Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie.

However, renewed scrutiny over their connections to Epstein reportedly strained their longstanding bond. Ferguson has also faced criticism over correspondence with Epstein, including messages in which she reportedly called him a “supreme friend.”

Ferguson has not been accused of criminal wrongdoing in connection with Epstein, according to the supplied report. Meanwhile, Andrew faced further legal scrutiny after police arrested him in February on suspicion of misconduct in public office. Authorities reportedly released him from investigation.

The allegations remain claims attributed to unnamed sources, and neither former spouse’s reported position should be treated as independently confirmed. Still, the reported dispute highlights how the Epstein scandal continues to affect the former couple and their family relationships.
