Meghan Markle‘s former Hollywood agent, Ari Emanuel, reportedly made a claim about the Duchess of Sussex planning to pursue reality television, but a new report offers a blunt update on those plans. Meghan Markle’s friend disputes Ari Emanuel’s claims about Meghan Markle’s reality TV plans
A friend of Meghan Markle has reportedly disputed her former Hollywood agent Ari Emanuel’s claims regarding the Duchess of Sussex’s reality TV plans. In a recent interview, the executive chairman of WME Group allegedly said, “Here’s the great thing: I don’t have to think about that anymore,” while talking about where the Duchess’ future career was heading.
In the meantime, as reported by news.com.au, Ari Emanuel, in an interview with broadcaster Megyn Kelly, further claimed that Meghan Markle has been looking for reality programs. However, per the news outlet, a friend of the Duchess of Sussex has now dismissed the claim made by the executive chairman of WME Group.
Per the publication, Meghan Markle’s friend said, “As Ari himself says, he’s not involved in the day-to-day business of Meghan’s career. She’s looking at a lot of exciting scripted and non-scripted opportunities, but the idea that she might do a fly-on-the-wall reality TV show is for the birds.”
Meanwhile, the news outlet further reported that before her wedding to Prince Harry and after exiting the series “Suits,” Meghan Markle made an appearance in the Netflix docu-series, which also featured the Duke of Sussex. The Duchess of Sussex further launched the show “With Love, Meghan.”
The lifestyle show has two seasons as of now. She also made an appearance as a guest judge on season 18 of the popular cooking competition, “MasterChef Australia.” The Duchess of Sussex also established her lifestyle brand, As Ever, which recently lauched their very first Holiday Advent Calendar.
