Prince William & Kate Middleton Find One Sussex Trait ‘Unforgivable’ — Source

Prince William and Kate Middleton are reportedly unwilling to reopen the door to the Sussexes despite renewed hopes of reconciliation. A new report claims the Prince and Princess of Wales remain deeply hurt by Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s past public comments about the royal family. The alleged tension comes as fresh controversy surrounding Earl Charles Spencer’s memoir continues to make headlines. The renewed scrutiny has once again placed the royal family under the spotlight.

Prince William and Kate Middleton haven’t forgiven Sussexes ‘for their earlier revelations’ in interviews, per source

According to Closer, Prince William and Kate Middleton have rejected any idea of holding peace talks with Prince Harry and Meghan Markle. A source claimed the Sussexes believe now is the right time to rebuild relationships. The move follows Earl Charles Spencer’s memoir, which renewed attention on Princess Diana’s experiences within the royal family.

The insider alleged Harry wants “to have a better relationship with his brother.” Meanwhile, Meghan hopes they will eventually be welcomed back into royal circles. The report claimed the couple believes Spencer’s book supports their long-standing concerns about the royal institution.

However, the source said William and Kate remain unconvinced. They reportedly questioned whether Harry knew about the contents of Spencer’s memoir before it was released following the Sussexes’ visit to Althorp earlier this year.

“They haven’t forgiven the Sussexes for their earlier revelations,” the source claimed. “So the idea they could be responsible for more agony just shows they cannot be trusted.” The insider added that William and Kate believe Harry and Meghan’s “presence just brings drama and controversy.”

According to the report, there are also concerns that any public discussion about failed reconciliation attempts could create fresh difficulties for King Charles. The source alleged the Waleses fear more interviews or public comments would only deepen existing tensions.

The outlet noted that relations between the brothers have remained strained for years following Harry and Meghan’s departure from royal duties in 2020. Their interviews, the Netflix docuseries, and Harry’s memoir “Spare” all contributed to the ongoing rift.

The source further claimed William and Kate view the Sussexes’ previous interviews as “unforgivable.” According to the insider, they cannot currently “envisage a time” when they will fully forgive Harry and Meghan. The source added that they remain deeply hurt by the pain those public revelations allegedly caused.
