A palace insider shared with PEOPLE what the Royal Family thinks about Markle and Harry’s return. They said, “The royal family still don’t know what their motives are.” Meanwhile, royal author Russell Myers claimed that Prince William and King Charles finally agreed on one thing about the Sussexes. He said, “The King and William are completely united on the Sussexes not representing the Royal Family. It’s without a doubt how in sync they are on this matter.”
This update comes after Buckingham Palace issued a guidance letter a few days back that clarified the working status of Markle and Harry. The letter read, “Their styles as His and Her Royal Highness remain in abeyance and are not used.”
The charitable work of the Duke and Duchess is a personal matter for them both and undertaken in their private capacity. “In short, their position is akin to private citizens with commercial and charitable interests.”
