The 21-year-old is known for playing Miles “Spider” Socorro in the Avatar franchise, with the character receiving mixed responses from audiences. Much of the fans’ frustration centers on the character’s narrative arc, though some viewers have also pointed to Champion’s performance as part of the problem. Still, a potential Marvel role would mark a major milestone in his career.
However, fans should take this information with a grain of salt, as it is a rumor, at least for now. Marvel Studios has not announced Champion for any upcoming project.

Beyond the Avatar franchise, Champion has appeared in several films and TV shows across multiple genres. The Virginia-born actor made his feature-film debut in the 2018 comedy horror film The Night Sitter. He then first entered the Avatar franchise in 2019 and later returned for its sequels.
