The footballer was pulled back to practice with the Kansas City Chiefs in Missouri. Subsequently, the “Love Story” hitmaker is upset as the couple is unable to spend time together.
“She is frustrated because football is taking up so much of his time,” an insider told the Daily Mail. “[Kelce] works overtime – causing them to not see each other a ton, and she would like more. Travis being in training camp has meant she has had to go out alone.”
The pair reportedly don’t get the opportunity to “see each other every single day.” However, Swift and Kelce meet “every single week,” ensuring they are “dedicated” to the practice. Moreover, the star couple figures out ways to stay connected through phone calls, text messages, and FaceTime when work keeps them away.
The Chiefs tight end even sends his wife flowers, especially her favorites, roses and orchids, when she is not in town. The insider further explained Swift and Kelce “just deal with it,” as they understand “they both have massive careers, and they love what they do, so they give each other freedom.”
Additionally, Swift has been attending events alone while her husband is busy with football. But she misses spending quality time with her better half. The songwriter reportedly doesn’t “complain to him about his absence,” because she “knew what she signed up for,” and he would be busy with practice after marriage.
