Kate Middleton and Prince William’s alleged reaction to the Sussexes’ return to the UK raised eyebrows. According to a royal expert, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s reported move to Britain seemed not to have sat well with the Waleses. They claimed that the heir and his wife could reportedly have a four-word take on the report — “Here we go again.”
Expert predicts how Kate Middleton and Prince William are reacting to Sussexes’ UK return
Kate Middleton and Prince William’s alleged reaction to Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s UK return made headlines. The Waleses didn’t openly respond to the reports, but royal expert Christopher Andersen shared his view with Us Weekly. According to him, the future king and queen might have been “tearing their hair out.”
“They have so much on their plate as it is trying to shore up the monarchy and propel it into the future; they don’t really need to cope with having Harry and Megan on their proverbial doorstep,” the “Brothers and Wives” author said. He claimed that William and Middleton could reportedly think, “here we go again,” after learning about the Sussexes’ return.
Furthermore, Andersen suggested that the heir and his spouse had been well aware of the attention the Sussexes would receive. They could “take the focus away” from other royal family members. Reportedly, neither King Charles nor Queen Camilla nor William would like the situation.
However, the monarch might welcome his second son back into the royal fold if the Sussexes reportedly get the constant media coverage. “Of course, that doesn’t mean that William is OK with his brother having any Royal role at all. There is still bitterness there. All is not forgiven,” the source added.
For those unversed, Harry’s relationship with his brother and sister-in-law faltered after he and his wife left the UK in 2020. His and Markle’s approach to making shocking revelations and allegations against the royal family seemingly made things worse with William and Middleton. The feud is still ongoing, but their return to the UK might heal old wounds.
