Wednesday star Catherine Zeta-Jones‘ upcoming thriller series gets an official release date. Also starring Daniel Ings, the revenge thriller follows a former drug dealer who is targeted by a team of assassins.
Kill Jackie will premiere exclusively on AMC+ on Friday, Oct. 2, 2026. The eight-episode series will release new episodes weekly. It stars Oscar, BAFTA and Tony Award winner Catherine Zeta-Jones in the titular role. The series is based on The Price You Pay, a novel by Sunday Times best-selling author Nick Harkaway, who wrote it under the pen name Aidan Truhen.

Kill Jackie follows Jackie Price (played by Zeta-Jones), a former international cocaine dealer who has spent two decades quietly rebuilding her life, selling fine art. She travels the world, living a luxurious life as an art dealer while keeping her dangerous past buried.
However, her peaceful world gets shattered when she discovers that The Seven Demons, a notorious squad of assassins, have been hired to kill her. Believing someone from her old life is responsible, Jackie activates her old survival instincts to take down the Demons one by one before they reach her.
The series stars Daniel Ings, Sidse Babett Knudsen, Óscar Jaenada, and Hattie Hook. Other supporting roles include Darci Shaw, Raff Law, Enzo Cilenti, Christine Adams, and Julian Rhind-Tutt. Viewers can also see Karlis Arnolds Avots, Set Sjöstrand, Tadashi Ito, Sebastian Armesto, Julian Barratt, Gavin Spokes, Jonathan Cake, Bamshad Abedi-Amin, Bill Paterson, and Ron Perlman.
Kill Jackie comes from creatives behind Killing Eve and Gangs of London. Damon Thomas serves as lead director, while Tom Butterworth is the writer and showrunner. Conor Keane co-wrote the TV adaptation and serves as an associate producer.
Fremantle and Steel Springs Pictures co-produced the series, with Zeta-Jones and Damon Thomas also serving as executive producers alongside Peter Lawson, Jose Augustin Valdes, and Jeffrey Levine.
Kill Jackie premieres on Oct. 2, 2026, on AMC+ in the U.S. and on Prime Video in select international territories.
