Elsie Hewitt gave Pete Davidson a public shout-out on Instagram on Tuesday. The SNL star’s ex and co-parent to their 8-month-old daughter, Scottie Rose Hewitt Davidson, shared a carousel of photos from an Olivia Dean concert. In the caption, she tagged Davidson, writing at the end, “thanks to my baby daddy for the tix!!!”
In her post, Hewitt revealed that “Scottie crawled for the first time to” Dean’s music, adding, “we dance to Olivia Dean every day. It’s our album. Her music has given me so much and been with us thru every up and down this year.”
She went on, “I hope whoever fumbled her is shaking in their boots but hey thanks for some of the inspo behind ‘The Art of Loving’.” On Monday evening, the 30-year-old documented her night out with the girls on Instagram Stories, highlighting the moment Dean played a track she and Scottie love.
The update set off a flood of online reactions and everyone seemed to land on the exact same take. “If we are going to talk fumbles, let’s talk Pete,” wrote an Instagram user. “If anyone fumbled it’s Pete,” echoed another. “Whoever fumbled you is also an idiot,” commented a follower.
Scottie was born in December 2025, about nine months after Hewitt and Davidson confirmed their relationship. They were still together then, but called it off in May. “They were already struggling a bit while Elsie was pregnant,” an insider shared with Page Six. “Things just happened so quickly between them, and they didn’t know each other very well.”
In July, Pete Davidson and Elsie Hewitt finalized a co-parenting arrangement. In a joint statement, the exes said, “We are fully committed to working together to give her love from both of us.”
