Kanye West has allegedly not commented on his ex-wife Kim Kardashian’s relationship with Lewis Hamilton. For those unfamiliar, a post recently went viral on social media claiming that West took a jab at Hamilton for dating his ex-wife, who is also the mother of his four children. The video quickly garnered massive attention online and fueled speculation about West’s reaction, but it turns out the claims are not true.
Kanye West’s fabricated comments are making rounds amid Kim Kardashian’s relationship
Kanye West’s fictitious comments about Lewis Hamilton and Kim Kardashian have gained traction online. An X account called Bustedd_ shared a clip of West in an interview with Piers Morgan from October 2022 with a lengthy caption of his alleged reaction to Hamilton and Kardashian’s relationship.
In the caption, the question posted was, “What do you think about Lewis Hamilton’s relationship with your ex-wife, Kim Kardashian?”
The rapper’s response in the caption read: “Honestly, I don’t understand how some guys think. I wish Lewis had someone who could give him some good advice, but apparently he doesn’t. I just can’t understand how, at his age and with everything he’s accomplished, he’d choose to date a woman who already has four children with another man and be completely comfortable with that.”
However, the video clip attached to the post does not feature West saying those words at all. In the clip, West actually discusses the possibility of getting back together with Kardashian and suggests they could still be “Kimye.”
When Morgan asks whether the former couple could ever reunite, West says it is all up to God. He also opens up about their relationship and makes it clear that he will love Kardashian for life. The conversation has nothing to do with Hamilton, despite what the post’s caption claims.
Based on their recent social media activity, the SKIMS founder and the seven-time F1 champion appear to be going strong. Interestingly, Hamilton and Kardashian have known each other for more than a decade.
The pair were first photographed together in 2014 alongside their then-partners, West and Nicole Scherzinger, at the GQ Men of the Year Awards in London. Although both relationships eventually ended, Hamilton and Kardashian continued to maintain their friendship.
An insider told Heat Magazine that Hamilton has been going out of his way to make Kardashian feel special and shower her with attention. The source said: “He’s so thoughtful; he never comes over empty-handed: flowers, candy, lingerie, food, he always has something for her.”
The insider added that Hamilton usually brings something for Kardashian’s children as well, which has reportedly earned him plenty of points with the family. “He usually has something for the kids too, which has obviously scored him a ton of points with everyone, but especially Kim because it melts her heart that he wants to bond with her kids and put in that kind of effort,” the insider added.
