Bradley Cooper and Leonardo DiCaprio may be ready to put their reported feud behind them. According to an insider, Gigi Hadid is encouraging the two Hollywood stars to bury the hatchet and make amends.
Their alleged fallout is believed to be linked to Hadid, who previously dated DiCaprio before entering a relationship with Cooper. Now that both actors have seemingly moved on, the source believes there could finally be an opportunity for them to put the reported tension to rest.

A new report by Star Magazine claims Gigi Hadid is encouraging Bradley Cooper and Leonardo DiCaprio to “mend their friendship.” The outlet cited an insider who claimed the actors were once extremely close before an alleged falling-out.
The tension is believed to have surfaced after Cooper began dating Hadid. Before that, the supermodel had been linked to DiCaprio for several months. Their relationship first became public in 2022, when the pair were photographed together at a New York Fashion Week afterparty.
At the time, their romance was reportedly casual. The two continued to see each other on and off, however, with sightings in New York and London fueling further speculation. By June 2023, a source told PEOPLE that Hadid enjoyed spending time with DiCaprio but was “very happy with her life” and was not looking for a serious relationship with him.
Things apparently changed later that year. DiCaprio began spending time with Vittoria Ceretti in August 2023. Then, in October, Hadid was spotted leaving a New York City restaurant with Cooper. According to the Star source, Cooper’s relationship with Hadid allegedly created tension between the two actors.
The insider claimed “The Revenant” actor would never openly admit that the situation played a role in their fallout. Still, they alleged it “definitely bothered him.” Now, the source believes the circumstances have changed.
DiCaprio has continued his relationship with Ceretti, while Cooper and Hadid have remained together. The pair were also recently spotted in Paris wearing what appeared to be wedding bands. As a result, Hadid is allegedly hoping the former friends can reconnect.
“Gigi is encouraging it because she would love to see them revive this friendship,” the insider claimed. There is also plenty of history between the actors. The source alleged that Cooper and DiCaprio knew each other before Cooper became famous and were once “like brothers.” That history, the insider suggested, makes the estrangement particularly unfortunate.
