Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are reportedly considering a “reverse Megxit” move after a successful private reunion with King Charles last month. The Sussexes are planning to reconnect with Harry’s homeland after their American dream reportedly did not pan out the way they intended for it to. Notably, the Sussexes visited King Charles and Queen Camilla at the monarch’s private residence, Highgrove House, in Gloucestershire, on July 10. It was Charles’ first meeting with his grandchildren in four years.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are reportedly considering mending ties with the royal family and planning more trips to the UK. The Sussexes have made it their top priority to reconnect with Harry’s British side (via the Daily Express).
As per some commentators, the Duke of Sussex might have to plead with his wife to take “reverse Megxit” more seriously. This comes after their exclusive deals with Spotify and Netflix were cancelled, while Netflix CEO Ted Sarandos also unfollowed Markle on Instagram.
A friend says: “England is where Harry’s heart has always lain. It is no secret that they went to the States to try and seek their fortune, to try to capitalise on his fame and his royalty to some degree. They have had successes. A $100 million Netflix deal is not nothing… But that American dream is cooling and she perhaps feels an outcast status as well.”
The Sussexes are reportedly working out a plan by which they can enjoy the luxuries of royal life and still lead an independent life with their children. Nonetheless, the sources agreed that this is definitely a big step towards a public reconciliation, and Harry has extended an olive branch to his father.
The source said: “I don’t think Harry has ever wanted to be estranged from his family. I think in the early days he could be blind enough to choose life in the States with Meghan. Now things are different, and the veil is lifting.”
The insiders also indicated that the Duke of Sussex is seemingly ready to somewhat rebel against his wife and not follow her blindly.
