Guy Ritchie’s The Gentlemen Season 2 Release Date Is Imminent Now

Netflix has officially set the long-awaited return date for The Gentlemen Season 2 on the streaming platform. Guy Ritchie‘s crime drama is scheduled to debut its second season next month. It will bring the story back to screens just shy of 18 months after the successful first season was released. The new episodes will continue Eddie Horniman’s journey through the criminal underworld.

The Gentlemen Season 2 hits Netflix next month

Netflix subscribers will not have to wait much longer for the return of The Gentlemen. The second season of Guy Ritchie’s crime drama is scheduled to premiere on September 3, 2026. Season 2 takes place one year after Eddie Horniman reluctantly inherited his family’s estate and joined forces with Susie Glass and her imprisoned father.

The official logline for the upcoming season states: “It’s been one year since Eddie and Susie joined forces to work together in Bobby’s criminal empire overseas. As they drive to expand their enterprise, the decisions Bobby is making seem to be increasingly unsound.” The logline also teases that Eddie and Susie must then “decide whether to take action or risk losing it all,” ominously adding that “unfettered ambition never ends well.”

Theo James and Kaya Scodelario reprise their lead roles as Eddie Horniman and Susie Glass. Other returning cast members include Daniel Ings, Ray Winstone, Joely Richardson, Vinnie Jones, Jasmine Blackborow, Michael Vu, Harry Goodwins, Ruby Sear, Pearce Quigley and Giancarlo Esposito.

Season 2 also welcomes Hugh Bonneville, Benjamin Clementine, Benedetta Porcaroli and Michele Morrone to the cast. They are joined by Sergio Castellitto, Amra Mallassi, Tyler Conti, Chris Eubank Jr. and Maya Jama.

Created by Guy Ritchie, the series is based on his film of the same name starring Matthew McConaughey. It follows Eddie’s unexpected entry into the criminal underworld after inheriting his aristocratic family’s estate.
