The post also showed the couple spending quality time with their children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet.
She captioned the post, “Summer Holiday,” followed by a sun emoji. While the post attracted widespread attention, one photo reportedly did not sit well with William. According to reports, the Sussexes visited the Althorp Estate. It is the Spencer family’s childhood home and the place where Princess Diana is buried.
The estate holds deep emotional significance for both Harry and William. A source told In Touch Weekly that William was “enraged” after seeing the photo of Harry and Markle’s children on the grounds of Diana’s family home. According to the insider, he believes the image was taken and shared simply to generate headlines, a thought that reportedly “sickens him.”
The source added that William has no objection to Archie and Lilibet visiting the estate and paying their respects to their late grandmother. However, he reportedly feels that turning the moment into what he views as a “publicity grab” was disrespectful. The insider added, “He’s incredibly sad that they would stoop this low.”
