Reportedly, she wished to pass this legacy to her future generations. While King Charles and his sons have the quality, none of the three royal brides allegedly acquired it. The late Princess Diana, Middleton, and Meghan Markle didn’t seem to be keen about the hobby.
It changed after Queen Camilla married Charles. She was said to have this common interest with her husband even before their marriage. According to a royal expert, this quality of her “served as a seal of approval” for the late queen.
Meanwhile, royal author Simon Vigar (The Four Wives of Windsor: The Inside Story of the Power Behind the Crown) elaborated on the current queen’s interests. He told GBNews, “Camilla is keener on horses, which is an advantage when hanging out with the Windsors.” Furthermore, he claimed that the other three royal brides seemed not to share the same interest. “[Markle and Middleton] have married into the wrong family,” he added.
