Netflix has set the premiere date for the fourth and final season of the Spanish dark comedy, which has been globally acquired. After returning under Netflix’s banner, the upcoming series is now preparing to wrap up its story with one last season. According to a new report, the final episodes will begin streaming next month.

Netflix subscribers won’t have to wait much longer for the final season of Death Inc. According to What’s on Netflix, Season 4 of the Spanish dark comedy is scheduled to premiere on the platform on August 7, 2026.
The fourth and final season of Death Inc. opens with the funeral home’s future hanging in the balance as the search for its next leader becomes the company’s biggest challenge. Hoping to resolve the situation, Chemi proposes serving as the director on an interim basis until a long-term replacement is selected.
However, his decision sets off a chain of conflicts that quickly disrupts the workplace, according to the official synopsis. Chemi’s appointment creates an increasingly strained relationship with Dámaso, who alternates between competing with the new boss and seeking his support. At the same time, Chemi introduces a range of new management strategies, creating fresh challenges for the funeral home.
Created by Laura Caballero and Alberto Caballero, Death Inc. will conclude with a six-episode fourth season. The Spanish dark comedy is produced by Contubernio Films. It stars Carlos Areces as Dámaso Carrillo, Diego Martín as José Miguel “Chemi” Fondao, Amaia Salamanca as Vanesa Hernández, Salva Reina as Nino, Aitziber Garmendia as Olivia, Gerald B. Fillmore as Abel Aguado, and Roque Ruiz as Pablo Morales, among others.
The series originally premiered on April 4, 2024, and built a loyal audience over its run. The upcoming fourth season will serve as the final chapter of the Spanish comedy.
