A new report has revealed an alleged description of the first Avengers: Doomsday trailer. With just six months remaining until the film’s release, the leaked trailer description teases major Doctor Doom moments, big character reunions, and several blockbuster action sequences.

What the Avengers: Doomsday trailer description reveals about Doctor Doom
According to a trailer description posted on Reddit, the trailer opens with Doctor Doom (Robert Downey Jr.) sitting on his throne in Latveria. He then walks through his castle, passing a massive painting of his wife and son. Thor then arrives with the Fantastic Four to meet the new Avengers. A ship carries them into their Tower, where both teams meet for the first time.
The biggest moment in the reported leak is a clash between Thor and Doctor Doom. Thor throws Stormbreaker at him, and Doom stops it with barely a flick of his hand. A small moment that says a lot about how powerful Doom is in this movie. The trailer reportedly ends with Doom taking control of the Sentinels and speaking the final line: “One day you will forgive me.” Reed Richards also shares a tense confrontation with Doctor Doom, yelling, “Answer me.”
Thor and Steve Rogers share a reunion moment where Thor doesn’t believe he is indeed talking to him. Steve summons Mjolnir to prove it. Thor just says, “That’s impossible.” Steve also meets Yelena and tells her that since Natasha was family to him, that makes her family too.
The report also mentions a fight of Yelena, along with a quick shot of Mystique transforming. Other reported scenes include a shot in the Baxter Building with the X-Men, and Loki appearing in his TVA suit inside Steve’s house, the same location shown in the first teaser.
As always, this report should be taken with a grain of salt, as Marvel hasn’t confirmed any of this yet. With fans growing increasingly impatient over the delay of an official trailer, these leaks are only fueling fan speculation about how big Avengers: Doomsday will be when it drops on December 18, 2026.
