Kylie Jenner had to slash $9.5 million from the asking price, according to a report
Kylie Jenner has slashed a whopping $9.5 million off the asking price as she reportedly struggles to sell the Los Angeles mansion. The Daily Mail reported that the reality TV star has now re-listed the property at $38.5 million, down from the asking price. It was said that the property was listed for $48 million last year. When the mansion didn’t sell at the original price, Jenner seemed to lower the price.
The property is located in the private Holmby Hills neighborhood. The report stated that Jenner had bought the super-modern estate for a discounted price in 2020. She purchased it for $36.5 million, and the original price was $45 million.
As per the outlet, the property included seven bedrooms, 14 bathrooms, a guardhouse, and two guest apartments. It could also hold parking for dozens of vehicles. Moreover, the mansion is said to be perfect for “elite privacy seeker and wellness enthusiasts.” Jenner has been trying to sell this 15,320-square-foot mansion since last year.
Meanwhile, the report claimed that the beauty mogul has seemingly been listing many properties for sale. She has been preparing to move to her dream home in Hidden Hills. Allegedly, the custom-built property is meant to be Jenner’s and her boyfriend, Timothée Chalamet’s “love nest.” For those unversed, the couple has been dating since 2023.
