Ahsoka Season 2 Rumor Ties Disney+ TV Show to This Major Star Wars Character

The latest Ahsoka Season 2 rumor reportedly establishes a key connection to a major Star Wars character. The popular Disney+ TV series stars Rosario Dawson in the titular role.

What is the Ahsoka Season 2 rumor?

The new rumor comes from X insider moraimessenger. They recently claimed in a post that one of their sources described “seeing a creature prop on the set” of Ahsoka Season 2. According to the description, it’s a “big titan, like a big green lizard.”

The scooper tried to find out more details, and the sources told them that the rumored creature has “some connection to the various Dathomir sets and those sequences.” In their post, the insider speculated that the main characters, such as Ezra, may encounter this creature or its corpse in Ahsoka Season 2.

Regarding the latest rumor, the mention of Dathomir definitely evokes interest. Darth Maul’s character. It seems the Shadow Lord may have something to do with the second chapter of the Star Wars TV series. This is especially notable given the fan theories that emerged after Ahsoka Season 1 connected certain moments to Darth Maul.

During the first season, there was a sequence in which Ahsoka interacted with the Nightsister map. At that moment, a faint voice was heard, and many fans believed that it was none other than Maul’s.

However, everything should be taken with a grain of salt for now unless there comes an actual confirmation on any theory or rumor.

Speaking more of Ahsoka Season 2, a major update was revealed last month regarding its release window. While an exact date has yet to be confirmed, the show’s leading star Rosario Dawson did mention that the next chapter will release at some point in early 2027.

When the first season premiered in 2023, it received strong reviews from critics. Currently, it holds a solid Tomatometer score of 85% on Rotten Tomatoes.
